Place your back foot just over the tail and your front foot between the front bolts and the middle of the deck. Bend your knees. Stand up quickly and push your back foot down very hard (this is called the pop). Then raise your back foot up above the tail. Quickly "ROLL" your front foot up to the top of the board and raise your knees into your chest. When you start to descend push both feet down. When you land bend your knees and roll away smoothly.
